Bad Seal? 1964 Evinrude 60hp

I replaced the gear oil for winter. As I was pumping in the new oil i noticed gear oil coming out the water Intake. Is this a bad seal? I replace the prop shaft seal this summer. Should have replace the upper one as well.

Wow! If it's leaking that badly, the drive shaft seal must be very bad. Time to fix it, that's for sure.

Is the drive shaft seal located under the water pump?
