backfire when throttle up

At idle runs fine I can throttle up slow but I can't give it a good harp from a stand still could this be electrical or Carb or even possibly fuel related

Sounds like fuel issues. lean condition causes the backfire. Accelerator pump working?

Remove carb use carb cleaner take apart and spray and clean all pieces put back.
