after a short tease of temps in 60's, we got 2"<br />of snow yesterday and a low of 21 last night <br />and all my annual flowers were just starting to<br />germinate! accuweather.com forecast goes 2 weeks<br />ahead and predicts a low of 24 on sun 4/18...<br /> <br />

It's 32 and a raw east wind off the water.<br />Winds are to be about 40-45 kts today.<br />Only suppose to see 35 today.<br />Also only saw the sun for 10 minutes in the last 5 days.<br />We had 5" of rain in one day.<br />Water temp is only 38 degrees.
