b100 tiller handle

I have 80's b100 honda, 10hp. i broke the tiller handle (handle bar) and im trying to fix it since i cannot find a replacement part. I tried a basic expoxy but that didnt hold to well.. what is the handle made of? and Any ideas on how I can fix it so i can enjoy the sping fishing?

Did you look for a used one on the internet ? It`s made from an aluminum alloy ! Most aluminum alloys are readily weldable using GTAW or GMAW. However, some are not.Check with a Experienced Aluminum Welder in your area !
