I just wanted to take a min to express my appreciation for this forum & everyone who posts on here. This forum is an amazing asset to the do-it-yourselfer folks who like to fix their own stuff. And the people on here are incredibly knowledgeable on the subject. I've been wrenching on anything mechanical since I was a kid & made my living as a mechanic for a number of years but outboard motors & I/O drives are fairly new to me & I can't say enough how grateful I am to the folks on this forum for taking the time out of their busy schedules to help a guy learn about these drive systems. I know I ask a lot of questions as I try to fully understand whatever I'm working on & everyone on here has been more than patient as they take the time to explain things clearly so I can grasp them. You don't always find that on a forum like this. In fact, in my experience, it's rather rare. So again, thank you to everyone who answers questions & those who post them too. I've learned a bunch just reading thru other posts & the older posts too. Thanks. Jim.
