I've been trying to upload a new avatar, and it keep getting rejected by the system. It falls within the limitations, but still will not work. Any help?
I had to get the size just right for it to work. I think I used 100 x 75 or 65 x 45. I used a jpeg file. Start out with a small size and gradually increase until it won't accept it. Good Luck.
12. Please do not post to threads that have been inactive for more than 3 months UN-LESS you are the original poster. We have very active forums and any thread that remains inactive for that long should be considered "dead". It is especially confusing when there is an entirely new question posted to an old thread.
