Auto parts for tune up? 4.3GL Volvo Penta

Looking to do a quick tune up this week. It's the first summer I've had my boat and have a few questions about doing the tune up. It's a 98 Four Winns with the 4.3GL VP as the title states. I know I can use a PF52 or PF 47 automotive oil filter oil but am not sure on other parts. What do you all recommend for new plugs and wires? Can I just get any set of auto wires for the 4.3 V6 that go on GM trucks? Any idea if an auto parts store would carry the fuel filter and is there an auto fuel filter that will work? I have the VP part number but don't have a VP dealer close by.

My big unknown on this motor is the ignition. Will it have points or be electronic? I'm planning on replacing the distributor and wondering it I need new points also or won't that be an issue on a 98 GL? Is there an automotive distributor cap I can use? If so, what part number...I'm guessing it would be AC Delco.

Thanks for the help. After doing this once it should be easier in the future once I know what part#s I need. I can just go with all VP parts but don't want to wait to order them and then go drive over an hour each way to pick them up if I can get the same parts tomorrow in town.

Lastly, can anyone give me some more info on my ignition. I'm mechanically inclined, just not familiar with the differences between the auto and marine 4.3 and don't have a manual for the boat engine.

After checking with several stores today and being told "Not a chance" by the VP dealer, I got hooked up at NAPA. They guy said he was sure he could match it and to "bring the cap in." I walked out with a brand new cap and rotor that matched perfectly. Spent day installing new plugs, cap, rotor, oil and filter and she fired up and ran better than it has all summer. I have the part number but believe it was referenced to a 93 full size with the 4.3 in it.
