Anyone here know if the Attwood mini king 360 bilge pump on a 89 bayliner capri is an automatic type? Or just comes on with the switch on the dash? Cleaning out the bilge area today and checked the pump, but can't get the pump to run by just turning on the switch with the key in the on position. Fuse is good.
