Attwood Guardian 500 bilge pump not working properly.

Hi all. I'm somewhat new to boating and have a boat issue. I have a 2001 Larson 180 SEI. The bilge pump runs but nothing comes out of the hole. I thought maybe it was blocked but after taking the bilge pump apart I did notice the impeller was damaged and is stripped off the shaft. I was hoping to get another Attwood Guardian 500 as the base is already attached and it is REALLY tight in there for us big guys. My first question is: can you get a bilge pump this old? Second question is: If not, can I just get the impeller? I search for part number 910035S online which is stamped on the white impeller but cannot find anything. Third: If I cannot find one, would the attwood Sahara auto pump 500 be approx the same/or can you suggest an inexpensive one with the same fitting? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Take the part that you can remove, some call it the cartridge. Anyway take it to the store and see if the same brand or style can be bought to clip into the part that's already on your boat. Sometimes it's that easy. If not, well you checked.
Then get a new pump and put where the old one was. And be careful, no drilling through the hull bottom!
