Armature bearing help?

Hello, 82 evinrude 7.5. I’m changing out the powerhead and I didn’t take pictures before I pulled of the armature plate. Just need to know orientation of armature bearing as in reference to the opening. And does the armature bearing and support plate go inside the retainer link and assembly..

It does not matter where that opening goes.----Just tighten the 6 or so screws and it will seat itself.-----At least they do for me.

Ok thx. There’s 4 screws that hold it down to powerhead, then do I just screw the retainer link and assembly to that. And also do I use some di electric grease on the base of the armature base and powerhead? Thx

Upon further review I believe I found the correct way to install this. The armature bearing goes between the two plates? My fault for not paying attention to detail. After I clean it all up do I just put a little bit of di-electric grease on the crankshaft or the timing plate? Thx
