It was 106 here today with humidity in the high 20's.

I'm 54, lived in Illinois all my life, never seen anything quite like this. The ten day forecast is the same, high heat, low humidity and no rain.

Normally we are sweltering with high heat and humidity this time of year.

I'm not going to complain at all !!!

uh Perhaps you are somewhat confused as Arizona Humidity is 2 not 20 maybe they said 2.0 because when your humidity is 2 on average 2.3 would be considered high humidity...

I know when your used to higher humidity 20% Seems low but when your from the west 20% is really high!

On a side note today the weather forecaster made the comment that today we had higher humidity at 15% and therefore the fires around the front range would have a harder time firing up, it made me smile....

At 7:40 PM PST here in southern NV it is 96.4* and the dew point is 15* with humidity at 5%. The heat index is 91*

The evap cooler out in the garage has it conditioned to 79*. This is easy to take.

Grew up in Omaha with lots of summer days with 90/90......that sucked.

My cous and her daughter were visiting (from AZ). Her daughter stepped outside and said, mom, I can feel the air! And it was a low humidity day for us! It's all relative and what you have become used to ...

Its 9:36 in the morning the temp is already 86 degrees, 56% humidity (pretty low for us) and a dew point of 68. Winds out of the SW at 2 mph. On the way to a high of 97.

I'm 39 (for a few more days) and have only lived in Illinois since November 1998, but I have seen days like this. My son was born in July 2005, and in August we had three days in a row of over 110. Don't know how Carbondale was spared in that year, but it was HOT in Peoria. This is nothin'. ;)

We tagged 107? yesterday ... and we're headed for more of the same. Usually the humidity sits at 40% or higher, but oddly yesterday it was at 13%. Made the temp much more bearable. We're used to the 90/90 mix in the summertime too.

102, 2:36 pm now in SC. 46% Humidity. Not as humid here either. Probably will top out at 104 or 105 like yesterday. Columbia had a record setting 108 yesterday. Not a good day for boating where the Admiral is concerned

Not the temps but the low humidity that I find unusual. This time of year we normally have stifling humidity levels downstate.
