Re: are you on-line or on paper

Nice video... I am both. Own a plumbing business, send estimates and invoices both paper and online. Pay bill both online and with check in the mail.
I have been using a yearly planner to write down jobs done each day and check them off as they are billed out. I won't switch to computer for it. Have done it this way since 1999. It is like a journal of my life for the last 13 years, I know what I have done every work day since. My guys like to type their hours into their phones calander. Can't tell you how many times their phones have died and they lost info typed into it. Lost jobs could be lost invoices sent out... I won't switch from paper on that at least... ;)

I do both too. I use emails when I want to tell a number of people the same message without calling a meeting. But I use a journal for writing down all of my daily conversations.

I am safety advisor so olive by a simple code at work. If its not written down, it never happened. This is otherwise known as CYA.
