Are Yamaha lower units interchangable?

I have a 1995 Yamaha 150 HP Saltwater series motor with a 25" shaft that needs a new lower unit. I have found a good price on a 1989 Yamaha 130HP lower unit. Are these interchangable? If not, Which models/years will fit mine? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
