Are these couplers interchangeable?

1977 Mercruiser GM 140, serial #3773432, MC-1 leg.
Blew my leg and replacing that. Wondering if these couplers are compatible? They are same era but different motors. One GM, one Ford. I have a line on one near me.

Ayuh,.... Ford, 'n GM have different bolt patterns,....

they interchange when used ad paperweights and pen holders. however as Bondo pointed out, not as couplers.
