Positive feed to "I" terminal, negative to ground; three wires from the paddle wheel--red to "S", black and bare to ground. When power is supplied, the needle goes up to about 1 MPH and then slowly goes back down to zero but no speed is registered when the paddle wheel is spun (12 MPH is the max reading on meter). What did I do wrong? Thanks for any help you can give!
