AQ290 drops down - old style pump - DIY replace with new pump?

I have an AQ290 drive with the old style pump. If I trim it up it slowly drops down to negative trim over several hours, or faster when under power. I read a thread about some of the AQ290s have the new style pump. The electrical diagram is different for old to new pumps. Do I have to replace the old relays and re-wire that part of the trim electrical to new relays to use new pump? Thanks in advance!

The new style relays and connectors come with the new style trim pumps.

Does this sound like the solution for the drooping drive. I haven't noticed any oil loss. Also, does the pump come with a wiring diagram for the new relays? I searched the threads here and I could only find a tiny diagram, too small to read. Thanks Don!
