Is there a link (4shared, etc...) for a 1986 AQ260B service manual? I have seen links to the owners manual. I need the shop/service manual.

Nothing for the B that I am aware of, what exactly are you looking for? The old Volvo service manuals are not a DIY manual, and other than engine rebuilding information for the engine, there is nothing in them.

I am looking for manuals to be able to repair the outdrive and engine. Is there something like that for just the outdrive? I am helping to make a decision on buying a boat that has an aq260b. Knowing that they can service it with the right knowledge will help.

The aq260b is a 350 ci motor. Very common and parts are available. You didn't list the outdrive model, but the old VP outdrives are known for their longevity, however both the motor and outdrive need regular maintenance. So if they have been maintained, I don't see any reason not to buy it. Have it checked by a mechanic if you're not sure. Some of the old outdrives did not have power trim, so if that is an issue...
