i have been offered an aq151c for very small money my question is
i have a aq130a at the moment with a 270 sterndrive what will i have to do to make this engine fit???? the guy who owns the engine says it has no bell housing is my bellhousing the same???? and i take it a 151 is 150hp

Nope

Volvo listings show the 151 in front of 290 and SP-A drive units.

The 151 is an OHC engine, your 130 is an OHV engine. Two completely different type engines. But they are both Volvo. The flywheel covers have different part numbers, but that doesn't mean it won't work, but that would be a take it off and try it type thing. Your other problem is going to be the exhaust tube to the transom shield. It will have to be replaced since the angle is different. You would probably have to get one for an AQ125 since they have the same kind of transom shield and the same exhaust manifold setup. The 151 tube is for either a 290 or an SP style.
That is just a couple of things to look at, who knows what other problems could come up with a swap like that.

thanks everyone guess i just wanna do things easy so i wont go for it i love a simple life
