Have an AQ 125 B that I bought for $60. Repaired lots of stuff and it now runs great. Noticed a small amount of coolant leaking from the weep hole on the bottom of the circulation pump. I've invested $200 to this point and don't want to spend $900 on a replacement pump. Can I repair the leak? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, the engine is cantilevered off the transom. I do not like the design at all. Has anyone retrofitted moror mounts to the front of the engine?

Can I repair the leak?

Ayuh,... The Seal is Junk,... The Seal can't be bought,... That makes Fixin' it a real Problem...
I think that's 1 of the Volvo car motors they used,... Maybe it's cheaper in the car application...

Unless your transom wood is Rotten,... It'll work Just Fine the way Volvo designed it....

Thanks for the bad news. I'll try to pull the pump and look at the volvo car dealership, maybe it will only cost $300.
