I think you should get it weighed. Mine was off by over 1,000 lb from the manufacturer's published weight. And fill it up with fuel and whatever else you normally carry before you weigh it. I took mine to the local recycling center and paid $5.00.
mmmm... im rated to pull 2200lbs max. so i dont want to be any more than that. cheers, im going to take it to a public weightbridge when i get a chance.
