Anything wrong with using Quiksilver HP gear lube on Volvo SX outdrive??

Just picked up some of this lube because I heard its one of the best. But now I see people using something different in their Volvo SX out drives.

This lube should work fine, right? I searched but have not gotten a definant answer. Thanks fellas!!

Works perfect. I use it all the time.
The Hi Performance still meets the GL-5 spec Volvo recommends.

Volvo spec is Synthetic GL-5 in the SX drive.

Thanks guy...changed the lube today...and boy ya'll are right, its a pain to quickly remove the pump and replace the drain plug without losing too much lube, had to top off just a lil....level got to about 3/4 of the way to the notch on the dipstick, I think thats perfect, right? I hope so...lol
