OUCH! Better the trans and underside, instead of the windshield!

it left a dent in the plastic gas tank that allmost went through, could have been a fuel spill with a anchor throwing sparks:eek:

Could have been through the windshield and took the driver's or a passenger's head slap off. At least with a fire, you have a chance to make it out.

Cool - Do you really think the loser will come forward to claim the anchor and repair bill? Good thing the anchor stayed low.

i'm not sure, i was interested, but afraid to ask. i need one for my jon boat:facepalm: still trying to figure out how it could jump out of a boat. i have even pictured maybe a drunk boater dragging anchor to the ramp loading the boat and taking off down the road with the anchor bouncing along behind till the rope broke:confused: i mean how did it happen:confused: maybe hit a large pothole and it bounced out:suspicious: maybe brakes were bad and it was thrown out in a attempt to stop

To clear the air., I have never been on Rt. 9 in WV. Except a couple of days ago. And never when towing my boat. Except a couple of days ago. And my anchor is right over ther.........wait let me find it. It was here a couple of days ago.:lol:

Cushions, coolers, rods & reels, PFD's, outboards, tackle boxes - yes. An anchor is different, usually has a line attached.
