Oh ok.It looks like a small thin key .Hole in one end and not quite a wrench end on the other side.approx 1/2 of my finger length.It was taped to a card which has authorized "RITCHIE" dealers listed so I assume something to do with a compass???

I think there was a way to fine tune the compass and that's the tool to do so. I think...been a long time since I had one on my boat.
