Anyone in the arlington, tx area wanna help with impeller install??

I just picked up a 1988 VIP Valiant 4.3L V6 but thats all i know about it.... It has been sitting since 2003. it cleaned up pretty well but i dont have a clue on where to start getting the motor/outdrive ready for use. I know it needs an impeller but i am scared to try it myself but dont have the money to pay a mechanic to do it. Ive been working on cars most of my life but boating is a whole different apparently.. If theres anyone in the area (arlington, tx) that could assist me ill buy plenty of beer! i just need someone to tell me what to do i wanna learn how do it. And also any tips or suggestions on other things im gonna need to do to get her water ready would be much appreciated!! Thank you!
