Anyone had trouble getting ahold of Four Winns??

I have called and left a few messages, and I tried every single option today to see if I could get ahold of anyone there. I got nothing but voicemail.

The reason I am calling is I have some warranty items to be done, as well as a problem with my vynil, and my dealer has also tried and left messages for them, and got 0 calls back. Its pretty sad that a dealer can't even get ahold of anyone. My boat has been at the shop for nearly a month now, and its now summertime.

I did for fun call a few other boat companies, crownline, bayliner, sea ray and a few others, and everyone one of them picked up.. what gives??? This isn't what I would call customer service, add in that I had to take my boat nearly 2 hours down the road to get it serviced since my local dealer went out of business.

Genmar (maker of Four Winns and other brands) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy last week so they may have let a bunch of people go recently, including their product support staff. Thanks for the heads up though! I just hope my H220 doesn't need any warranty work in the future... Best of luck!

Has there been any contact yet?

It is scary to think what may be happening in the near future. With Genmar in chap 11, I'm afraid there are going to be some significant changes to how their brands are run.

As a Four Winns Dealer, we talk to their warranty support staff several times a week, They have reduced their staff, but dealers are getting warranty support.

I hope that Four Winns is able to stick around for a long time.

If you don't mind my asking, where are you located? What dealer?
