This is an antifouling paint for outdrives that is replacing the Micron 33. It is available in a can so you can apply with a brush, in addition to spraying. I wasn't comfortable spraying something as toxic as Micron 33 even with a respirator. I'd like to know if it works well enough to last one season (Long Island Sound, May to Oct).

I've used Trilux in both forms, with very good results -- lasts at least a season in fairly heavy fouling waters (mid-Atlantic), as long as you tilt the unit out of the water when mooring the boat. If you are a trailer-boater, you probably don't need any coating at all.
