anybody need a johnson '68, 65 hp motor?

I have a 1968 Johnson 65 hp motor with low compression and no ignition. If anyone needs parts or wants a project, let me know because it is taking up space at my Institute. <br /><br />It seems to have had little use, but the compression dropped from 110/114 to 80 and the ignition no longer works - so it's scrapyard bound unless someone wants it.

I should have mentioned that the motor is in Ft. Meyers area (Cape Coral).<br /><br />My assumption was that nobody wanted a motor enough to join the middle of the food chain (mosquitos) by going to the Institute site, so I left it in Ft. Meyers.

Clanton...<br /><br />From what I remember seeing on Ebay...I think it's gonna run you close to $100 to have that thing shipped to ya...and that's if you can talk Glades into crating it up for shipping.<br /><br />Just an estimate...<br /><br />Walt
