Any sugguestions Rodbolt, please.

I have a F115RXTB. It wouldn't run above an idle. Took it to a marina to be checkout. They told me no codes and had to be the injectors plugged. I replaced the injectors. Cleaned the VST and filter, and I am still in the same problem. It idles perfect, touch the throttle it will backfire. Pump the throttle it will rev-up then fall. I am leaning towards the TPS.

check actual fuel rail pressure at the problem RPM.
tps can be monitored with a digital voltmeter.

My fuel pressure increases if and when I can get it to throttle up any. Fuel pressure has been between 36 to 42 psi. I will check tps voltage tomorrow. Should I see a min. and or max. voltage? Does the tps need a gound between it and the throttlebody? Thank you for you help!
