Any of you fellas fish barnegat bay?

Hey all I live in PA but within an hour+ from barnegat bay. I was wondering if there was good inside shark fishing there. I have a 18' Sea Nymph Sprot Fisher and really wanted to do some fishing this summer in barnegat bay or Little egg harbor? Hey any info would be great. Thanks in advance!

I fished the Barnegat 30 years ago,but the one I fished is in Denmark.

At the time there was good mackarel,cod,haddock,flat fish, atlantic herring and ground shark(big dog fish)

tiller i live by fort dix i find barneget is to shallow for my likeing great bay also shallow you got to stay in the channel which means keep starting the boat and moving this go on about 50 times an hour there so i go out of shark river inlet or rairitan bay 20 ft of water at all times drift for hours and great fishing up there. shark fishing just the pesky usual sharks the real keeps you have to go out in the ocean.

Weakfish & fluke inshore, go out Barnegat inlet if ya want anything big.....Lots o' fish by Oyster Creek, though....I lived in T.R. for 30 years......JK

For fluke.....Little egg, Rt9 to dock st. best ramp goin!!... Red Tower bay side... simple as that

By Little Egg Inlet, there's Grassy Channel. One of the members of this forum has pulled some nice sharks out of there at night. That's towards the fall though. I don't remember who it was but if you put something up about bay shark fishing I'm sure you'll get his attention.

Hey thanks for the reply, I had my new daughter so Barnegat will have to wait until next year LOL, I am putting together a nice 24 center console to tear up some fluke!It has been years since fishing inside and I am looking forward to checking out.
