Any Nike+ runners here on iboats?

Well, I have been a bit lazy over the winter and put on some lbs. Fatty mcfathead actually:facepalm:

So, I need to get back into a regular running regiment again.

Any iboaters using Nike+? I thought about putting just a fun challenge together if there were.

Don't know about Nike+ but I use the dailymile it's for runners,walkers,tri's and about anything else you can think of

Never even heard about Nike+, but now that I looked at it online for 2 minutes, it's piqued my interest.

I went back into the gym at Christmas as i was getting too fat for words. I go 6 days a week and spend 1 hour under the heavy end of free weights and the second hour on the treadmill. My first day, I walked 2 miles and thought I was going to have a stroke. That soon gave way and I now run 5.5 miles a day, 6 days a week...AFTER the hour of weight training.

Stick with it. The results will come faster than you think.

Yah, I took a "break" from being an athlete for the better part of ten years.

Got fat.

Got back at it a lost about 45ish.

I ended up backsliding a little over this past winter, so back at it again!

Nike+ has been a great tool for me. At first I thought it was just another dumb gimmick. No way! Gives me a ton of info but the best part are the challenges. It's a pretty cool deal

i used Nike+ on my ipod a few years back, but have since switched to iMapMyRun for my iphone. Keeps track of the run via the GPS instead of the nike+ sensor which will be off as your stride varies inside of a run.
