Any Ideas

You guys helped yesterday. I have a new question about my motor! It is a 2000,200, Johnson. I went to lake today, and it took for ever to start. Then smoked like a smoke stack! Then when put in gear died! Then finally was able to get it to run a little, Not on plane about 1200 to 1300. Give It gas Dies!! Putter along for awhile then it sounds like it will run (about ten minutes or so)! Give it gas and off it will go??? Any Ideas. When it putters along and give it gas, it sounds or feels like it loads up! I use to be a auto tech years ago! But Two cycle are not my thing!! I am Ticked at Motor! I rebuilt carbs two or more years ago. I was sick for past two years, so it didn't get ran. But did Fog it the first year! New Plugs. Good Fuel filter, or rather water separator.
Would Appreciate any Help
