Any clues to what these are?

Hi All..... Long shot but trying to find out what these are before I rip them out. They look to be the base for liquid dispensers but I have not be able to find anything by searching marine / boat liquid dispenser.
Boat is a 2004 Four Winns (not a factory install or option)

Honestly have no idea. But with the little hook-like inside areas, seems whatever they go on, clips on over a recessed groove/lip and made be hard to remove again... JMHO

I'm thinking the same thing. Add RV accessories to your searching.

Yeah my best guess was for soap and conditioner.
There is also one on cockpit sink. Given the bases are already glued, I was wanting to find the right dispensers. At this point it looks like I am ripping them off.

I found what they are on an RV forum.. looks like they will be hard to find though. Currently unavailable...

If you can find the empty bottles in the boat, they might be refillable.
