ANTIQUE CHAMPION S2D 1938

I have chanced upon a champion s2d from 1938 that is in superb condition. I need a service manual for it as well as any other information -spark plug, fuel mix ration- that can be found. Any help would be great! Thanx!

I just spent the last 1.5 hours reading the history of Waterman, Mcculloch, and Champion outboards. The people at discount marine seem pretty passionate about Champions history, and they advertise that they can provide high quality copies of obsolete parts/service manuals. It doesn't mention Champion manuals specifically but it says to contact them for older engines.
