antique boat identity

I have a 1967 "Hitters" 14 ton steel hull sloop that I can not find any information about on the internet. Has anyone everheard of it? It's from Holland. I have the original brochure which says it's an: AMER 36. Any information would be greatly appreciated. We're renovating it and it should be ready in a week for sailing on the Chesapeake.
