Thanks to j_k_bisson for finding this, there's a new Marine type anti sieze that's out made by Loctite.

Loctite Marine Grade Anti-sieze (sold at walmart even)
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/LOCTITE-Anti-Seize-Compound-3KE64

According to the MSDS it does not contain any copper, nickel, or tin. This is what it contains and percent by volume:
http://complyplus.grainger.com/grainger/msds.asp?sheetid=2967689

Petroleum grease - 30-60%
Calcium oxide ----- 10-30%
Graphite ---------- 10-30%
Calcium stearate --- 5-10%
Boron nitride ------- 1-5%

What say the experts here? Is this safe to use on our outboards and outdrives?

10 to 30% graphite is a recipe for corrosive damage to aluminum in saltwater. Carbon and aluminum (or zinc) in an electrolyte (salt water) makes a battery.

Here in saltwater it's called Never-Un-Sieze. I brushed the lugs on a trailer several years ago and the stuff is still there, and hard. I use Teff-Gel.

If you look in the manuals at the lubrication chart you will not see anti-size listed for anything, Always use the triple guard grease,OMC Sea Lube or 2-4 c grease.

What about plain old WD-40 or white lithium grease? Much cheaper and readily available.

I think WD40 will evaporate quickly or be washed away with any water present.

Thanks for the advice on the graphite. Triple guard grease it is then. :)
