Anti glare screen for electronics display

I have a 10" tablet with nautical charts but in the sun it's pretty much useless. Does anyone use an anti glare screen/cover on their electronics, does it do the job and what product are you using? Thanks.... Dan

tablets and phones dont have a bright enough screen to display in sunlight

you need something like 1200 nit which you wont find in typical hand-held consumer electronics.

purpose built (such as GPS and Nav screens) or industrial displays will have enough power to be sun-light readable.

now you know why most charts and GPS are LCD vs LED.
