I have a 1989 chaparral with a 1991 yamaha 85 hp . my problem is my alarm is going off intermittently. It usually goes off when I am running about 3500- 4000 rpm more often when pulling skier. the water pump is spraying water out fine , there has never been oil injection as far as I know. Does this system warn of poor fuel delivery? I had a 5 gallon tank on it and it was sucking the bulb flat , I put a 10 gal. tank on with new hose and bulb. the sucking flat thing stopped but I started getting the warning buzzzz.
