I have a leak that appears to be somewhere behind the feed lines at the reservoir. My question is, what is behind what appears to be the cover? Looks like 2 allen head screws to remove. I dont want to pull those and fluid comes falling out and my boat is useless until repair. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Parts break down, exploded view, anything

Here's a exploded view of the first design trim system, which you should have unless you have personally changed the pump cover to the updated version:

The pump itself is free-floating behind the pump cover which is the part bolted to the transom. Those 2 allen head bolts hold the pump in a solid position relative to the cover. If you remove them on a properly working trim system, nothing will leak and you can pull the trim cylinder lines out of the pump and find your leak.

It should be noted that the pump should be attached to the cover via those 2 allen head scews before that whole assembly is mounted back onto the transom. If not, you might strip the pump threads with those allen head bolts (like I did) and cause more trouble than you prefer to deal with.
