.... the our world has gone crazy. I heard on the news today that the parents of a young protester sued Catapiller Tractors.<br /><br />The young man died while protesting the bulldozing of a Palestinian residence by the Israelis. The bulldozing was done using a Catapiller implement. <br /><br />A judge threw the case out. The parents vow to appeal.

Caterpillar gets protested downtown all the time, regarding their policy of selling equipment to Israel. They of course have no liability in the actions of that country, but some judge, somewhere, sometime, will allow that case to proceed, and CAT will lose it.
