1987 Sea Ray Bow Rider.
100 Hp Merc Outboard with direct oil injection. Claimed to be a runner but hasn't been since 2009 with power tilt and trim.
Trailer is in beautifull shape.
Interior in good shape all the vinyl looks good.
Problem is it has a split in the hull and it looks pretty nasty with the condition the rest of the boat appears to be in they hit something while under way.
$600 cash.
I am thinking that if I can go out there and get the motor to run I might just pull the trigger. Assuming they hit something I am aware that I need to inspect the lower unit thoroughly as well, bent prop shaft and transom if the motor was locked when hit.
What do you all think?
I have allready bought and resold 2 boats this year, basically just parting them out, and have made a little money off of it. Enough to put my current rig together and have absolutely no money in it.
My current rig 1973 Fish-N-Ski 15.5 ft with a 1972 Evinrude 65hp 1998 Hustler trailer.
Current hull is all original including the floor still covered in factory fiberglass, not a soft spot anywhere on the floor, and I dulled out two cheap drill bits mounting the new motor on it. The worst thing about the current
Also I was hoping someone could tell me about the manufacturer of my current boat. I tried www.fiberglassics.com and google I can't find anything.
