<br /><br />Notice it's $3.95 a minute to respond.<br />And the group doing the survey is in the UK!!!!

Definately a scam!<br /><br />I see two fatal flaws in this flyer:<br />1. "legislation effectively strips the Supreme Court of the power to rule" - what a bunch of baloney! Only a constitutional amendment could do that, and congress can't legislate amendments to the constitution. The prime function of the Supreme Court is to rule on the constitutionality of legislation.<br /><br />2. Have you ever heard a senator refer to him- or herself as a "Member of Congress?" Heck no, they wouldn't stoop so low! Only representatives use that title. A senator is always a senator!

Look at the address of the survey, the bloody UK? Why is Bush on the flyer. Don't recall his opposition to Under God.
