another dumb question about my 96 TS 650

Hello,<br /> Another dumb question for yall. I have rode moto's and have owned a few boats all my life. In those engines we always used seafoam to decarbon the carbs and engines. is this safe to use on my ts 650? I dont want to cause any harm.<br />Thanks for yalls help

seafoam is a product used to decarbon engines. I have used it in all my outboards to remove the carbon from the engine. it is in a can (deep creep) that you spray in your carbs, or a can that you mix with gas. It always helped with my outboards and moto's. restored a bit of compression. I do it annually. you can buy it at autozone or whatever. By the way this is not a pitch for the stuff just telling you what it is.
