Anit syphon valve removal

I am tyring to remove an aluminum syphon valve and pick up tube that the fuel line broke off of on an internal gas tank. Any suggestons on what my options are if I can not get the pick up tube to unscrew from the tank without breaking it. I have tried everything from an impact gun to a pipe wrench. wont give without breaking. All of this is under my center console to make it evern more dificult. Need help!

When I was rebuilding my Checkmate I just couldn't leave well enough alone and felt the need to pull my pickup tube just because, and here's the result of that idiocy. I got it out with an easy-out pipe extractor, here's a link: McMaster-Carr
