Hello All,

I am looking for some advice on locating a particular boat. The boat is an American Eagle or American Eagle II. For over 10 years I have sifted through the internet to no avail. The same boats show up year after year—but they were sold years ago. The boats were made in Washington State. Does anyone know of a service where you can have someone search for a boat for you. I’m not speaking about a broker as these boats are not worth a ton of money.
Any ideas welcome. She would live in a two stall boathouse on a freshwater lake in BC Canada. I’m willing to travel across Canada and the US. I don’t need a trailer but happy to take one that has one. Thanks for looking.

Americans were made in Spokane, WA, in the 70s. Jolly Rogers, Apollos, and Americans were all very similar. I have a Jolly Roger. You might check in on retrorunabouts.com. They come up for sale now and then here in Spokane. I can let you know if I learn of one, if you PM me your contact info. I know of one that has been sitting in a garage a long time. I can check on it, but it is an OMC, which is not of interest for some.
