I had small problem. They did not ship tach I ordered. I made about 10 calls on there 800 number, a different story each time, never did get tach. I paid with plastic, bill never show up, so I did not loose the money.
I bought parts for my outdrive (gears, seals, bearings, universals, etc...). Very good service. Even provided technical assistance. Would definitly go back.
