What am I looking for? I can not find a drain hole. One does not seem to be at the location indicated in the manual, "C" in diagram. When I fill the dam with water the water slowly seeps out but I'd like to clear the hole if it is there. There is blue permatex sealant along the bottom edges of the dam. The manual seems to suggest sealant should only be applied down the sides and along the top edge. Should I remove the sealant from the bottom edges? What is the purpose of the dam, prime the pump?
