Altitude Question with a carb motor

So I have a 4 cyl. 140 hp carb mercruiser motor. At what altitude would I have to re-jet my carb?. I use the boat at 200ft above sea level but will going to a lake that's 4300ft above sea level. Will I need to re-jet or will I be fine? I feel I will lose some power and I understand this

You should be good up to 5000 ft.
Below is the chart

(NOTE: they left a 0 off in the 5000 ft and below line)
