Alternator/burnt fuses

Can the alternator cause constant burnt fuses. I already changed the start relay, checked battery connectors and wiring to both.

Which fuses are constantly blowing?<br /><br />Do you have a volt gauge? What is it reading when you start the boat and rev the engine?
