Alternator belt replacement on 165 MC?

I don't think I'm looking at it wrong but just what is the correct (simplest) way to replace the alternator belt on my 73 165 MC engine?

On the port side of the front mount, there is a spacer that must be removed. It's held in by the two bolts that mount the engine support to the block.

Thanks RP, I don't know how I missed seeing the seam of the spacer. Must be my 50 year old eyes again.
Got a new belt on it and she's running fine.
