I used Sierra it lasted the 3 years - even though you're supposed to change them more frequently than that. I'm ironically waiting for a replacement kit to arrive Saturday; while running on the muffs my step-daughter took my shouts for more water as a request to turn the water off.....
I am a fan of OEM whenever possible. Think of it this way You would really be kicking yourself if your day was ruined due to a failed A/M part that you COULD have replaced with OEM not to mention the cost of possibly having to repair it again due to part failure...and perhaps it could take the whole engine with it. Just my opinion.
On my Alpha I used Sierra impeller kits. I changed it every 2 years and never had a problem. I just did the impeller on the Bravo and used Sierra. The Napa store is just up the road from me and they carry them so it is convenient.
